We are very pleased to work collaboratively with a number of organisations and community groups in and around Alton, so that we and our members are part of the community at all times. 

• Partnership with Home Instead, Altonian Care, Right at Home, Bluebird Care and other care providers enhances communication between the different agencies providing support for those living with dementia and their carers 
• Liaison with ALFI / AVLAN, South West Trains (Station Planters), Alton Town Council and East Hants District Council – to support our horticulture therapy with access to amazing open spaces 
• Health and Wellbeing Craft and Art workshops with Open Access Arts, Soul Shed and Creating Crafts and Blooms 
• FLOURISH sessions with Alice Holt Forest and Dementia-friendly Hampshire 
• Health, Wellbeing and Financial Advice with support of A31 Social Prescribers, Dementia Support Hampshire and IOW, Princess Royal Trust for Carers, Citizens Advice (East Hampshire) and KJ Cox Solicitors
• Working with local colleges and Youth Groups re supporting students with work experience in our sessions
• Intergenerational sessions with Anstey Junior School and St Lawrence School
